Fixed backend code not rerolling the start piece if a layout fails to generate a required piece. This will fix an ultra long lag spike when using Waystones mods and a zombie RS village tries to spawn. The side-effect of this fix means zombie villages will not spawn unless Waystones updates to add the required Waystones piece to the zombie village's house pool for RS.

Added "allowed_chunk_count" option to my super exclusion zone feature to let pack makers force structures to spawn always within a certain distance of another structure. It works with "chunk_count" option where if "allowed_chunk_count" is present, it must be larger than "chunk_count" option. The structure will then spawn only within allowed_chunk_count distance but no closer than chunk_count away.
Loot Tables:
Added armor templates to equivalent RS structure's loot tables to match vanilla's.
Archaeology:

Still, it is preferable for users to override the data/repurposed_structures/structure_map_trades/default_maps.json
file to remove maps for disabled structures.
