- Banned players markers are now deleted (default)

hideBannedPlayers,removeBannedPlayerMarkers(set both to false to keep banned player markers)) - 2 New commands:
/fakeOfflineMarker <name> [<position>] [<uuid>]to create a fake marker (option advancedMode needs to be on)/deleteOfflineMarker <name>to deleted the offline player marker of the player named:<name>
