-added trigger command to toggle goat horn tpa on a per player basis

• made sounds less annoying
• fixed a bug where old coordinates could be used when there are no current ones

• fixed being able to teleport when no current coord data was available
• added trigger goat_horn_tpa command to en-/disable goat horn teleport functionalities on a per player base

• added goat horn player warps. using a goat horn opens a rift which other players who use a goat horn can teleport to. rifts stay open for 30 seconds
• added item lore
