Hotfix patch
- Removed the paxel integration.

- Extra compatibility with my Paxel mod
- Fixes the missing default translation for split shot
Rebalances
- Expect much cheaper costs across the board
- Anvil cost reductions
- Min and Max cost adjustments for many of the enchantments
- Curses should be less frequent!
- (As I finally get to playtest and use them more, new adjustments may be needed. I also plan on adjusting the protection enchants to both; No longer being incompatible with one another, and play with the % per level of protection each gives for each of their type)

- if used with multishot, it increases the spread and extra arrows
- Sonic Blast
- makes an arrow into a warden sonic boom

- reduced attack cooldown

- passive increase to movement speed
