Backports tuff blocks from 1.21 experimentals to 1.20.1. Beta.

Vanilla trapdoor-and-ladder behavior is hardcoded to only the vanilla ladder. This fixes it so it works with modded ladders too.

Commissioned mod to just add steel.

Adding more bricks and other city-building materials. I got tired of what we had.
